What is OT?

Wright Way Occupational Therapy aims at supporting those who have faced a challenge or are unable to engage in their meaningful occupations. As an Occupational Therapist (OT), we work with individuals to improve their ability to perform tasks such as, getting dressed, cooking, accessing the community, or participating in activities of interest. We help by creating personalised strategies, intervention tools, implementing equipment and making adjustments to environments so that tasks become easier and more manageable. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a condition, or just looking for ways to improve daily routines, we are here to help you reach your goals and live more independently.
