Assistive Technology assessments (AT)
An Assistive Technology assessment involves the exploration, trial and evaluation of different assistive technology solutions to assist with increasing independence and reducing reliance on supports. During the assessment, we identify an individual’s specific needs and challenges, then recommend assistive technologies that can enhance their quality of life. This may look like, mobility aids, personal care equipment or adaptive equipment for engagement in activities of daily living.
Home Modifications
A Home Modifications assessment is a thorough evaluation that identifies changes needed in your home to make access easier and safer. We assess your current living environment and recommend modifications, such as ramps, wider doorways or accessible bathrooms, to improve mobility and independence.
